intrapsychic and physical boundaries; acquiring metaphysical tools for establishing a
solid sense of self) and 2) Clairvoyant Meditation (lowering your brainwaves to deep
alpha and theta regions; re-programming and removing energetic blocks, creating and
manifesting on the physical plane)

Developing a Solid Sense of Self. (Groups conducted since 1995)
San Francisco psychologist, Alisa S. Burgess, Ph.D.'s unique approach to psychological and spiritual growth integrates traditional psychoanalytic theory with ancient esoteric principles. Information will be processed in several ways:
- an auditory, “right-brain” receptive and feminine mode (sometimes while you are
in meditation/trance) via teaching/lecturing
- experiential mode via meditation and working with energy fields
- an interactional mode via group process and discussion
